Lead Sign Installer – $32-$38 per Hour Plus Sign on Bonus

Compensation: $32 – $38 per hour + Overtime

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead commercial sign installations
Operate crane trucks, boom trucks, and service trucks
Transport equipment & materials (CDL A required)
Set large pole signs & monuments
Coordinate field operations and crew safety
Work directly with project managers & customers
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally

What We’re Looking For

Valid CDL Class A License (Required)
Welding Experience
Experience operating crane or boom trucks
Construction leadership experience
Ability to run a job site independently
Clean driving record
Comfortable working at heights
Electrical experience is a strong plus
