LED Display / Signage Installer

Position Title: Lead Installer / Technician – Led Display’s

Essential Functions:

• Installation of LED Signage and Displays.
• Working knowledge of LED Display equipment, and experience in AV or Signage industry
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be highly responsive and capable of effectively communicating with customers, peers, and managers within engineering, operations and sales teams.
• Knowledge of LED modules, sending/receiving cards, ribbon cables, etc.
• Familiarity with network connectivity and communication devices.
• Must have good electrical / wiring troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of working without direct supervision.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, repair and maintenance.
• Perform administrative functions; such as writing service reports, ordering materials, preparing job survey reports, time sheet and expense reports on a timely, and thorough basis
• Verifies the accuracy of stock material levels on Service vehicle.
• Determines that appropriate and accurate equipment and materials have been loaded to complete assigned service projects.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Assists with service and/or maintenance performed on assigned service vehicles, e.g., cleaning, equipment, and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform set up/clean-up of site area.
• Follows safety regulations, requirements and ensures equipment is being used and employed properly while working on all project job sites.
• Travel, both local and out-of-state approximately 75%. Ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
• 1-3 years of previous related “hands-on” installation and service of digital and traditional sign experience.
• Prefer 1-3 years of previous related “hands-on” Audio/Visual hardware, installation, and service experience.

Requirements

• Boom lift certification (or obtain one within 60 days of employment)
• Forklift Certification (or obtain one within 60 days of employment)

$25-$30 Per Hour (DOE)
