Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer needs.
• Focus on detail to ensure accuracy in processing orders, handling transactions, and documenting customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.

Salary to commensurate with experience – range: $17-$25/hour
