Tulsa OK area company career opportunity for Lead Sign Installer

We are currently looking for a Lead Sign Installer to join our team in the Tulsa/Muskogee area. This is a perfect opportunity for a self starter and leader looking for career growth. Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE previous Sign Install Experience!
• 3+ Years of previous sign installation experience as a lead installer
• Experience leading an installation team
• Must have a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service
• Safety and quality focused
• Either must have or will be able to obtain a CDL
• No fear of heights (work in heights of 70+ feet)
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Driver’s License (Required) CDL preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Installers of signs and various support structures. This includes the drilling and pouring of concrete foundations.
• Completes all paperwork as required by management such as work orders, material lists, etc.
• Ensures signs, pipe and other related materials are loaded and secured properly and safely.
• Performs general maintenance on company trucks and equipment. This includes the general appearance both inside and outside, as well as general care and security of company vehicles and equipment.
• Performs necessary housekeeping activities; this includes, but is not limited to, the picking up of all debris that results from installation activities, proper storage of all materials and equipment when they are not in use as well as all other materials which may be offensive or hazardous.
• Demonstrates flexibility in work hours to include availability for overtime hours as required by management.
• Be able to safely and efficiently perform the physical requirements of this position.
• Attend all necessary meetings and training as required.
• Carefully manage and provide security to/for all company resources.
• Wire channel letters and cabinet signs using neon/LEDs/lamps
• Vinyl application on sign faces/customer’s store fronts
• Driving and running the bucket and crane truck
• Installing channel letters with or without a raceway/reverse channel letters
• Installing lighted cabinets/monument signs/EMC’s
• Site Surveys

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
