Job Summary:
We are hiring an Experienced Estimator to join our team of sign professionals. The Estimator will be responsible for talking with clients, gathering project details, reviewing construction drawings and providing accurate labor and materials estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, artwork, construction specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with design and production team members, as well as vendors and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and proposals
• Use construction platforms to look for bid opportunities
• Prepare and submit permit applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in estimating, preferably in commercial or industrial projects
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building processes
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $42,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
