Creative Realities and Reflect Systems Ink Merger Agreement

Digital signage providers Creative Realities Inc. (Louisville, KY) and Reflect Systems Inc. (Dallas, TX) have agreed to merge.

In a release, Creative Realities said it intends to “fully integrate the two companies,” with CEO Rick Mills heading up the combined company. Reflect CEO Lee Summer will remain with the organization.

The combined company will operate under the Creative Realities name and continue to be listed on NASDAQ as “CREX.” The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.

In the release, Mills said the merger creates a “one-stop shop” for customers. Creative Realities provides digital signage for quick-service restaurants, convenience stores and stadiums, while Reflect focuses on the retail, healthcare, banking, digital out-of-home and corporate communications segments.

Creative Realities has 75 full-time employees. As of Friday, Nov. 19, the company held a market valuation of $24.7 million.
