FLEXcon Films Receives AIMCAL Award

FLEXcon (Spencer, MA) is announcing that its floor art™ floor-graphic film, which comprises a two-part system of 6605 printable vinyl paired with 6600 double-faced, white, polyester laminate, has earned a material technical-excellence award from the Assn. of Industrial Metallizers, Coaters and Laminators (AIMCAL) at the organization’s annual management meeting in La Jolla, CA. According to the company, AIMCAL judges , which recognized the materials in the coated, laminated or metalized-product category, cited Carhartt and Scott’s Miracle-Gro Co., which saw sales increase of approximately 30% when it installed graphics using floor art, as examples of its effectiveness.
