FLEXcon North America Hires New Chief Operations Officer

FLEXcon North America (Spencer, MA) has announced that Kara Weiner has been hired as the comany’s new chief operations officer. Weiner will bring a wealth of manufacturing, engineering, quality, plant management, supply chain, logistics, warehousing and operations analysis knowledge to her new role, according to FLEXcon North America President Lavon Winkler.

Weiner most recently served as vice president of operations at Stratasys, where she led North American operations and transformed manufacturing strategy to deliver improvements in production performance without sacrificing quality, per FLEXcon. Previously, Weiner served as a Lean Six Sigma Manager for 3M Company.
