Freeform LED Element

Daktronics Inc. (Brookings, SD) is launching the freeform ProPixel® LED stick. Designed to wrap a structure of any size or shape with video, animation, color effects, text messages and live data, the LED stick features patented, pixel-mapping technology, which allows control of each pixel in order to apply image data precisely to individual elements, regardless of physical location or wiring order. The ProPixel line includes the freeform LED stick and the ProPixel LED puck, which feature a flexible mounting system that can accommodate various applications that range from channel letters to building wraps.

The LED stick is available in the PXS-62.5 and PXS-125 models. The pixel housing and the power/signal connectors, which are protected against wind-driven rain, have an IP-67 ingress-protection rating.
