GMG Launches GMG ColorProof 5.10

GMG (Tuebingen, Germany) announced a new version of their software, GMG ColorProof 5.10. Responding to customer requests, in this new version the automatic image placement of the Manual Job Manager now provides new possibilities to optimize job layouts and minimize paper usage. Also, for more efficient configuration of workflows, spot color sets can now be copied from one workflow or printer to another. Users may assign spot color sets to all connected printers, enabling them to keep their set-up synchronized to their spot color database, saving time, especially for power users with multiple printers and load balancing.

GMG ColorProof 5.10 supports the latest Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for Epson SC-P users to ensure enhanced data security. The upgrade also includes GMG calibration sets for full support of the Konica Minolta Auto Scan Spectrophotometer FD-9. In addition, GMG ColorProof 5.10 and GMG OpenColor 2.1.5 support Epson SC-S80600.
