With holiday advertising in full swing across New York City, Pearl Media (Montclair, NJ) is seeing increased demand for its Midtown Digital Network, according to a press release.

Developed over two years, the first private full-motion, eye-level digital network in Manhattan consists of 30 double-sided LED screens across 15 locations from 41st to 56th Streets and is becoming a popular complement to Times Square advertising. 6th, 7th and 8th Avenues see particularly dense foot traffic from office workers, theatergoers, shoppers and tourists.

Measuring 8 x 12 ft., each screen is positioned approximately 10 ft. off the ground and optimized for head-on visibility. Current and past advertisers include Broadway, travel, streaming services, finance, fashion and more. The company hopes to expand to 40 screens across 20 locations by the end of Q1 in 2026.

“Times Square gives you the big splash, but Midtown is where the city actually moves. People are commuting, grabbing dinner, heading to a show, shopping: real New York behavior. That’s the moment advertisers want during the holidays,” Josh Cohen, CEO of Pearl Media, is quoted in the release. “Our network puts large format screens right in the consumer journey, so brands aren’t hoping to be seen — they’re guaranteed to be.”
