ISA Sign Expo 2020 Canceled Due to COVID-19 Concerns

The International Sign Association (ISA; Alexandria, VA) has canceled the 2020 Sign Expo, citing ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. The once-postponed show was to have been held at the Orlando Convention Center in Orlando, FL, from Aug. 22-25. The Sign Expo was originally scheduled for April 1-4.

A statement from the ISA Board of Directors reads in part, “When ISA made the decision to postpone the scheduled spring event, we did so at a time when information was changing rapidly. We believed that the impact of flattening the curve  would result in a return to normalcy and safety much more quickly than it has. This was not an easy decision, but the ISA Board has chosen to cancel the event due to COVID-19. ISA knows that many stakeholders are involved in making ISA International Sign Expo a must-attend  event each year and we want to thank everyone for their time and support.

The statement goes on to read, While we won’t be able to gather as a community in 2020, we’re jumping right in to focus on ISA International Sign Expo 2021 in Las Vegas, NV! That show is scheduled be held April 7-9, 2021 in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
