ISA Offering “Harassment & Discrimination Prevention” Webinar

The Intl. Sign Assn. (ISA; Alexandria, VA) announced a forthcoming webinar to foster an inclusive and respectful workplace where employees are supported to be their best, free from harassment and discrimination. Recent news has brought an increased focus to this area, which clearly demonstrates the significant risks discrimination and harassment pose to companies and employees, including those in management roles.

The webinar, entitled Harassment & Discrimination Prevention – Building a Better Workplace will be held Tuesday, Apr. 17 from 2-3 p.m EST. Kelly Radomski of Compass Business Solutions, Inc., will be the speaker. The webinar is free for ISA members and $50 for non-members.

The webinar is intended to help participants learn how to recognize, prevent and stop prohibited conduct before it rises to the level of actionable harassment. ISA stated that participants will gain a better understanding of what constitutes discrimination and harassment, the applicable laws and how to establish appropriate policies and processes.
