JDS Industries (Sioux Falls, SD) recently recognized its in-house customer service team at its annual awards celebration for 2022.
The wholesale supplier for awards, personalization and signs celebrated collectively handling nearly 250,000 incoming calls, 600,000 shop cart orders that required agent attention and 35,000-plus email orders.
The team’s highest performers were recognized in service excellence categories including volumes of orders handled, accuracy and attendance. In addition, contribution awards were presented for areas of positivity, helpfulness, spirit, as well as a people’s choice award.
