Mimaki Print-and-Cut Series

Mimaki USA (Suwanee, GA) is introducing its print-and-cut, CJV300 Series — the 54-in. CJV300-130 and the 64-in. CJV300-160 models — that incorporates new printheads, registration-mark detection and print speeds up to 1,140 sq. ft./hr. The print system offers up to 10, eco-solvent, ink-color choices (including white and silver), and its integrated-cut function enables volume production of labels, decals, T-shirt transfers, window clings, floor graphics, POP displays, vehicle markings, package prototypes and more. The printers also feature variable-drop printing; Mimaki’s Advanced Pass, anti-banding technology; and a media-heat system that ensures uniform ink drying. Mimaki says the printers will match 94% of the Pantone® color chart, and dye-sublimation inks are available for textile and apparel production.
