MultiCam (Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, TX) is announcing its V-Pro heavy-duty CNC plasma cutter. The all-steel table processes sheet steel up to 1.25 in. thick with requiring fume evacuation. The machine included an onboard Hypertherm MaxPro 200-amp power supply that’s designed for high-capacity, mechanized cutting. The V-Pro is available in 4 x 4, 4 x 8, 5 x 10 or 6.5 x 10 ft. models, and cuts steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass or copper at up to 800 in. per min. (depending upon material thickness). The system also includes MultiCam’s EZ-G code software, which enables conversion from CAD drawings to machine-ready code.
