Newspaper Names Roland DGA a Top Workplace

Roland DGA Corp. (Irvine, CA) has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Orange County Register. It s the sixth year Roland DGA has received this honor from the county’s largest newspaper.
The Top Workplaces are based solely on the results of an employee-feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Measured aspects of workplace culture include Alignment, Execution and Connection.
