The program is phenomenal if you want documentation on the value of on-premise signs.
Licensed appraiser Richard Bass will provide case histories that prove how the addition/loss of a sign can make or break a business. UC professors will present preliminary results from a survey of end users, along with documented case histories, that prove the value of signs.
