ORAFOL Europe GmBH (Oranienburg, Germany) has announced the acquisition of Rowland Technologies Inc. (Wallingford, CT), a specialty manufacturer of high-quality plastic film and sheet.
Rowland’s offering of products includes RowTec® polycarbonate film, SolaTuf® impact-modified acrylic film and Rowlux® illusion film. Rowland will continue its operations in a recently-expanded 70,000-sq.-ft. facility under the name Rowland Technologies, An ORAFOL Company.
