The crew went out and forgot to take a ladder to install a small, center-pole-mount sign with a plate that required four bolts. What were they going to do? They could not drive back … But they had plenty of rope, so one crew member got tied to the top of the pole while the other lifted the sign to the top, and the guy tied to the pole put the bolts in. No, OSHA did not see this. — Anonymous
