Roland BN-20 White Ink

Roland DGA Corp. (Irvine, CA) has added a white-ink option to its VersaStudio BN-20, 20-in.-wide, metallic-ink, desktop, inkjet printer/cutter. The BN-20 can be operational with Eco-SOL MAX ink in CMYK, CMYK and metallic silver or the new, CMYK plus white-ink configuration. Roland’s white, Eco-SOL MAX ink produces highlights, text and graphics on both clear and reflective media; as an undercoat, it enhances the vividness of four-color printing. Roland’s white-ink printer/cutters come with an automated ink-circulation system that reduces ink usage and maintenance requirements. Designed for signs, labels, POP, decals and decorated apparel, the BN-20 ships with VersaWorks® RIP software.
