Gandinnovations (Mississauga, ON, Canada) is unveiling its Jeti3348 Jetstream UV RTR, a 3-meter, roll-to-roll UV printer with four-color configuration. It features 48, 80 picoliter Spectra printheads.
The Jeti3348, capable of printing images at speeds of 2,500 sq.ft./hr in two-pass, billboard-production mode at 300 dpi, has been tested on various materials, including 100% PE eco-friendly polyethylene.
A backlit option will enable printing on both sides of the material with perfect registration, the company states, which accommodates backlit signage.
