Rush-Order Sign Customer Threatens to Take Business Elsewhere

Things you wanted to say to frustrating clients, but didn’t.

“Don’t threaten me with a good time.”

The customer said if we didn’t have time to design his work that day, he would go somewhere else. I wanted to say (after the first quote), “I’m so sorry your rush job that you ordered 10/3 didn’t get from the East Coast to the West Coast by 10/5 at 10 a.m.”

Woulda Coulda Shouldas are collected from the Signs of the Times Brain Squad and shared anonymously.
