Scott Powerline Hires Thaggard

Scott Powerline and Utility Equipment (Monroe, LA) has appointed Roland Thaggard general manager of its McDoough, GA operation. Previously, Thaggard worked for more than 30 years in the powerline construction and maintenance industry, mostly with Jackson, MS-based Irby Construction Co. and most recently with C&H Power Line Inc.

Scott Powerline rents, sells and services a wide range of equipment including aerials (insulated and non?insulated), boom trucks, digger derricks, LGP crawlers with winches, Mantis cranes, pressure drills, track?mounted equipment, vacuum excavators and wire?stringing equipment for electrical line construction and maintenance companies, investor?owned utilities and electric co?ops, and companies in bridgework, signing, lighting and general construction.
