Vantage Updates Vendor Management System

Vantage (Livonia, MI), an installation management software company for the wide-format print and signage industry, has announced a major update for print shops working with external vendors, according to a press release.

The company’s latest release brings together streamlining job scheduling, keeping communication crystal clear and reducing manual admin, with new features to manage every part of the vendor relationship.

Print and signshops that manage their vendor network in spreadsheets often spend hours filling in and updating details, and even the smallest change means more edits, resending files and ensuring everyone is on the right version, per the press release. “With Vantage, everything you need to know about your vendors lives in one place,” Vantage Product and Operations Lead Roksoliana Sydorska is quoted in the press release. “Where they’re based, what kind of work you use them for, and useful documents like contracts and certifications. So when it’s time to assign work, you can quickly find the right crew, with the right experience, close to the job.”
