The American Sign Museum (Cincinnati) is inviting community members to an open house event on May 8, according to a news release. The open house offers a jam session and a sneak peek of into the museum’s new wing, which has been under construction for a year. The wing will unveil a new section of Main Street, an immersive historical signs showcase in the form of a thoroughfare populated with shopfronts. Attendees will get to chat with the signpainters, learn about the inspiration and techniques required to make each storefront unique. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the open house.
