Bradner Central Co. (Elk Grove Village, IL) has acquired conVerd LLC, a paper distributor and converter of recyclable products for digital printing. ConVerd products include alternatives to PVC vinyl banners, backlit poster paper, wallscaping products and rigid board materials.

Bradner Central Co. sells environmentally friendly alternatives to common substrates used in POP displays and signage. The company’s CEO, Richard Bull, said the company would combine its customer services, sales, IT and distribution services with conVerd’s sustainable products.
