Burger King Belgium and McDonald’s Belgium recently exchanged barbs via restaurant signage. McDonald’s instigated the beef when it installed an outdoor advertising panel next to Burger King Belgium’s new restaurant in Brussels asking customers if they wanted to be “served by a king, or served as a king?” Burger King responded on a panel on the front of its new restaurant: “Why try to roast when you can’t even flame grill?
