Casper Sign Business Software (Jenkintown, PA) is offering Casper on the Cloud, a cloud-based computer service for sign companies. The program creates work orders, production reports and custom reports (sales, customer history, invoicing, accounts receivable, etc.) that can be faxed, emailed or printed directly from the program, which is accessible through an online log-in. A color-coded job board helps track proofs and job progress.

Clients can log in to check a job’s progress or email the sign company through the website, which provides separate log-in information for shop employees. The company says the software allows for an unlimited number of users; each user has a personalized profile, and accounts can be limited by a common administrator. Online and onsite training is available.
