Chalk Murals Captivate Salt Lake City Fesitvalgoers

Signage as public art is a certain attention-genter. The Utah Foster Care Foundation, which places kids in foster homes across, the state, engaged muralists to create chalk renderings for the Chalk Art Festival, the Foundation’s annual event to attract crowds and raise awareness for the need for foster parents throughout the Beehive State.
