Police in Enfield, CT report that the recently decommissioned St. Adalbert Church had its sign stolen, but later announced it had been located, according to an article in CT Insider.

The church’s main sign, which had been stored at the St. Adalbert’s Cemetery not far from the church building, was reported stolen for a time. Police later updated their post to report that the sign had been found.

In March, the Archdiocese of Hartford proclaimed that St. Adalbert would no longer be used as a place of worship and would be listed for sale. The church’s final Mass was held on April 21.
