Sign and Graphics Installer

Greenwell Chisholm, a trusted name in commercial printing for over a century, is seeking a Sign and Graphics Installer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Job Summary:

As a Sign and Graphics Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing a wide range of large-format graphics and signage, including wall and window graphics, vinyl decals, banners, vehicle wraps, and more. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install vinyl graphics, signage, wraps, and banners at customer sites and in-house
• Comfortable using hand and power tools for signage and display installation
• Perform stud mount installs and removals, including on brick and mortar surfaces
• Understand and work with hardware such as brackets, bolts, anchors, and appropriate mounting methods
• Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately using industry-standard tools
• Prepare surfaces and ensure proper alignment and adhesion of materials
• Perform quality control checks to ensure finished product meets specifications
• Work collaboratively with the production and customer service teams to meet deadlines
• Travel locally for onsite installations as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Follow safety protocols and installation best practices

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in sign or graphics installation preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on ladders and in various environments (indoor/outdoor)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
