Houston-area Signmaker Named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year

Casanova Signs (Cypress, TX) announced that cofounder Dignora Casnova has been named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by La Cámara de Empresarios Latinos de Houston, for “recognition of growth and community involvement,” per Casanova Signs.

In 1997, Dignora and Carlos founded Casanova Signs in their home garage “with an idea to one day have a prosperous company that would provide a wide range of electrical signage types to the greater Houston area and surrounding areas,” according to a company statement.

“I am very proud of our accomplishments and grateful for the opportunities that have come our way,” Dignora said. “As a successful businesswoman who believes that great things can be achieved through hard work, I invite you to be as disciplined as I in that belief, and in doing so we can prove to ourselves that great things can be done.”
