Dye-Sublimation Printer

Gandinnovations (Mississauga, ON, Canada) is releasing the Jeti 3324 Aquajet Roll to Roll, a 3mwide, dye-sublimation printer that can print on any polyester-based fabric. Built-in infrared heaters allow the colors to pop out with no extra curing equipment. The printer, which features 24 Spectra waterbased, special-edition, six-color, printheads and true, 600-dpi resolution, reaches speeds faster than 100 sq.m/hr. A fully equipped, inline infrared fixation system ensures vivid colors and clean graphics on polyester-based fabrics, either knitted or woven.

The Jeti 3324 Aquajet comes with three, hightemperature, rewind-roller-attached slitting units, which allow you to slit and seal the fabric to the finished required sizes. Jeti 3324 Aquajet has a built-in venting system and a separate air-cleaning unit. Unique, beveled, media rollers ensure all fabric types are centered on the printer for accurate print quality and registration.
