EFI Acquires printLEADER

EFI™ (Foster City, CA) has acquired the assets of privately held printLEADER (Palm City, FL). The latter provides print MIS (management information systems) software products for the printing industry.
     PrintLEADER’s MIS products will become integrated into EFI’s PrintSmith™ Vision product line, part of EFI’s EPS group. EFI will also continue to support the existing printLEADER client base, which comprises more than 800 commercial and in-plant printing operations across North America. EFI will continue to sell its existing EPS product lines, which include EFI PrintSmith™ Vision, as well as EFI Pace™, EFI Monarch™ and EFI Radius software products.
