Everbrite, LLC (Greenfield, WI), a national sign company, has acquired the assets of Fluoresco Lighting Sign Maintenance Corp. (Tucson). On an interim basis, and as part of the transition, the Fluoresco entity will continue to perform services on behalf of Everbrite as the latter transitions the operations to its newly formed company, Fluoresco Services, LLC.
Fluoresco has a 50+year history with experience serving Fortune 500 companies. Founded in 1927 by Charles Wamser, Everbrite is a privately held, Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) member that serves companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500 and other widely recognized international brands.
