FASTSIGNS International Inc. (Carrollton, TX) has appointed Mark Jameson as senior VP of franchise development and promoted Brian Wieters to assistant VP of franchise development. Jameson will lead the franchise-development team. One of his primary focuses is the conversion program that was announced in 2009. Previously, he served as the VP of franchise development for franchise-owned brands at CCA Global Partners, including ProSource Wholesale Floorcoverings.
Wieters will manage franchise-sales efforts, prospect marketing and lead generation. Since joining the company in 2001, Wieters has been responsible for key developments throughout the U.S. and Canada.
2009 marked the fourth consecutive year that franchisor has earned Franchise Business Review’s Best-in-Category Award for the business-services industry, as well as placed in the top five franchises on The Franchise 50™ list of the top 50 franchise companies with 200 or more units.
