Fisher Textiles (Indian Trail, NC) has resumed in-house production of its Opak Poplin material, which is designed for such UV-cure-ink and dye-sublimation applications as double-sided, roll-up and street-pole banners. The three-layer substrate comprises to pieces of polyester poplin that’s bonded around a lamination film, and is completely wind-resistant, waterproof and opaque. Available in 57-in.-wide rolls, Fisher textiles offers custom production runs with any of its fabric choices.
