Grimco Presses (Paterson, NJ) is announcing its SignForm HT-1919 thermoforming press, which is designed exclusively for fabricating custom, architectural, raised and ADA-compliant signage. It adds 32% more forming capacity than its HT-1319 predecessor, the company states. As with all products in the HT series, this press features a tabletop design and an exclusive pneumatic/hydraulic operating system to maximize output and minimize floor-space requirements.
All presses in the series will convert “off-the-shelf” plastic sheets, such as acrylic, ABS and PETG, into raised sign panels in as little as six minutes, the company reports. All signs are 100% recyclable and can be reintroduced in the thermoforming system, even if they’re painted. The press is available in three sizes: 13 x 13, 13 x 19 and 19 x 19 in.
