Guifx (West Palm Beach, FL), an interface design studio that specializes in touchscreen interfaces for home-automation and embedded systems, has released its Control System icons set. Based on the company’s Byron set of source icons, the Control System set includes 28 new and updated, multimedia and system device icons. Owners of the Byron set are eligible for a free upgrade to the Control System set.
The set features 67 icons, with 63 extra icons included to provide versatility and choice for integrators. Icons include common audiovisual-system icons, as well as new icons for lighting, window treatments and irrigation. For high-resolution touchpanels, the icons, which are offered in a 512 x 512 size to accent the graphics’ sleek design, can be quickly resized using Guifx’s CoPilot software for lower-resolution devices.
To eliminate worry over copyright infringement issues for its customers, all Guifx designs are drawn from scratch.
Provided as high-resolution PNG images with transparency, Guifx’s Control System icons set is available for download at www.guifx.com. Customers who have already purchased the Byron icon set may download the updated Control System set for free.
