In Memoriam: Noel Capps Bullock (1929-2010)

Noel Capps Bullock, 81, died September 12, 2010, after a long illness. Born January 11, 1929 in Jacksonville, NC, Bullock lived in Savannah, GA since 1953. He was employed by Flexlume South, a north Florida sign company, followed by 12 years in the design and production departments of Jordan Neon Sign Co. (Savannah). In 1965, he founded Sign Mart Inc., from which he retired in 1990. The business celebrated its 45th anniversary in 2010. He is survived by his wife, Dean, and four daughters.
