Kent Adhesive Products (KAPCO, Kent, OH) has appointed Joyce McCauley as its new plant manager. She has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. She’ll be responsible for overseeing plant operations, including production, personnel and building maintenance. McCauley obtained her undergraduate degree in Industrial Management with a concentration in Production from The University of Akron, and an MBA from Ashland University.
