|1978| (Palatine, IL) is offering its 5W TitanLED for such spot-lighting applications as sign backlighting, architectural lighting or emergency indicators. Available in warn, neutral and cold white, the RoHS-compliant LED can reportedly deliver light intensity up to 250 lm of white light at 700mA of current. The 10mm-square package allows easy heat sinking, with a thermal resistance of 11K/W to the junction.
