Manitex Inc. (Georgetown, TX) has named Brian Barrett as South Central regional manager. He has more than 30 years of experience with the oil, gas and energy-service business, with a background rooted in accounting, business development and client-relations management. Barrett will draw from his knowledge and experience while working for Chevron, Dynegy, Inc., as well as his years as a senior consultant to the energy sector on matters of business development, marketing and project fulfilment. For the past nine years, he was the VP of sales and marketing for V.E Enterprises Inc.
