MediaStar Systems Releases Media Manager 10.5

MediaStar Systems (Newbury, United Kingdom), a company specializing in IPTV, streaming and digital signage, has announced the availability of Media Manager v10.5, the latest iteration of the company’s content-management system. As well as H265 file support and HDCP 2.2 Pro stream support, this version also enables users to select from a wide range of languages and implement customized translations.

The new solution has been designed to bring enhanced support for organizations working globally who will be able to select translation files and bring them in to Media Manager, which will set up shortcuts to multiple languages as needed.

Among the languages supported are Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Hebrew and all Unicode character sets. In addition, custom translations will allow local dialects and alphabets to be easily chosen by the system administrator. These solutions are primarily used by medium to large enterprises requiring future-proof, stable solutions for live TV corporate communications, multi-casts, music TV, training and digital signage.
