Mutoh America, Inc. (Phoenix) has signed a service agreement with Bell and Howell, a national service provider, which will help provide field support to Mutoh’s warranty and extended-warranty customers, and will support time and materials customers with parts and labor. Bell and Howell’s North American field service organization is supported by a live, U.S.-based, 7 x 24 call center; a Technical Assistance Center, a Command Center for service escalation, and proprietary tools that enable real-time resolution of customer problems, the company states.
