Poyant Sign Co. (New Bedford, MA) a 75-year-old sign company, has purchased 95-year-old Beaumont Sign, also of New Bedord. Poyant says it will work closely with Beaumont to ensure a seamless transition for customers. The phne number remains the same. Linda Rogers, a 20-year former Beaumont design director, joined the Poyant design team in September. Poyant has 2,500 clients and will absorb Beaumont’s additional 1,000, according to a newspaper report.
