Principal LED Hires Executive VP of Sales

Principal LED (San Angelo, TX) announced the company has hired Sam DiMeo as executive VP of sales, effective June 17. DiMeo specializes in developing and implementing sales strategies, according to a statement by the company.

For most of the past decade, DiMeo worked at General Electric (GE) out of NELA Park in East Cleveland serving as the general manager for specialty LED sales for North America. Prior to that, he worked for W.W. Grainger for 15 years and Procter and Gamble in field sales before that. DiMeo also completed the Leadership Development Program while working for W.W. Grainger. Along with many degrees, DiMeo has received numerous awards: Refuse to Lose Award (2014), Delivering Results in an Uncertain World Award (2013), President Club Grainger (1995), and Annual Achievers Award Grainger (multiple tears).
