AXYZ Automation manufactures CNC router and plasma tables. AXYZ tables’ process areas range from 39 x 39 in. up to 10 x 60 ft.

An AXYZ CNC router table can feature either a quick-release or collet-and-cover nut spindle, in 3, 5 or 10 HP. All AXYZ spindles offer variable speeds ranging from 18,000-24,000 rpm. The manufacturer can combine multiple tooling options or offer an automatic tool changer.

CAM Tech’s Router Master, Bulldog, Z7, RMII and Space Maker CNC routing systems start at $13,000, with sizes ranging from 28 x 50 in. to 96 x 470 in. (custom).

The machines provide 3-D capability and can be used for cutting, engraving and drilling. The company offers a z-axis stroke range of 2-24 in., and ball-screw, chain, lead-screw or rack-and-pinion drive mechanisms. Spindles from Perske and HSD are available from 3HP to large tool-changer systems.
