SAi Appoints Director of Customer Experience

SA International (SAi, Salt Lake City) has appointed Mikki Webb as director of customer experience. The role will see Webb drive the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service as well as assume responsibility for inside sales, and technical support teams at the Salt Lake City headquarters, according to the company.

Webb brings 25 years of customer service experience to SAi, beginning with Southwest Airlines. Her credentials include work with major US e-commerce companies, including six years as senior operations manager with eBay, as well as a similar role at Wayfair, from where she joins SAi.
